Getting used to the Mexican peso can be complicated at first especially if you are constantly trying to convert to your own currency.  You will find that most places accept major credit cards. It will always be handy to have some US dollars or even better some pesos at hand. Since the exchange rates vary from place to place the peso is the best way to pay.  It’s not a bad idea to check in several places before you make the exchange to see where you can get the most favorable exchange rate.

Beaches

The beaches are most likely the best places to enjoy the natural resources Cancun has to offer, there are three different sides to this destination where you can visit very different beach settings. The north, east and south have public beach accesses where you can enjoy very calm extremely shallow blue waters (north), moderate and up to rough waters (east) and calm, bay like Caribbean settings in the south. You will find all of these beaches to be extremely beautiful and worth a visit.
